Matt’s Career Journey with Cooney
Matt started his career journey with Cooney in 2014 as an Inside Technical Service Representative. While he’s held that title during his tenure with our team, he’s embraced a multitude of jobs. Some that we can remember… IT manager, customer service, delivery driver, inventory clerk, shipping department, office supply order person, work husband, and therapist to name a few…
His diverse skillset covers technical support, problem-solving, project management, and operations. Matt has trained and developed a strong team for customer service, setting them up with the skills and knowledge they need to provide excellent support to our customers.
Dedication to Professional Growth
Matt is always looking for opportunities to grow professionally, including taking on leadership courses at Penn State University. In his new role, he will be focusing on three primary areas – customer excellence; operations; reporting – all while keeping an open mind toward areas of opportunity that can help improve customer service quality across the board.
